The ongoing outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease was first reported in Wuhan, China on Dec. 31, 2019. As of 20 February 2020, a cumulative total of 75,465 COVID-19 Cases were reported in China. COVID-19 is transmitted via droplets and fomites during close unprotected contact between an infector and infectee.

From the outbreak of the disease, our R & D team has been dedicated to developing the colloidal gold antibody detection kits for COVID-19. Now, Covid-19 Rapid Test cassette is available for qualitative detection of IgG/IgM antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in human whole blood, serum or plasma. Our test kit just needs 10ul serum, plasma or whole blood, and the results can be read within 10 minutes. It can quickly screen the patients and lower the false negative rate of PCR. It’s very helpful to control the disease, reduce the spread of virus and avoid cross infection. As it is Flu season in many areas, we strongly recommend to use our Covid-19 Rapid Test together with our Accu-Tell® Influenza A&B Test, so as to differentiate these two diseases quickly.
